Hi my name is amber and I'm 26 yrs old my boyfriend is 32 and we have decided to have a baby. We have been together a while finished school established and in love. My BF has been asking me for quite some time for children and I'm also ready. So I've been on birthcontrol for over 10 years. Starting from when I we 16 I started depo until about 22 I went on the implanon. In June of 2015 I had my implanon removed and we officially started trying. It took me about a month to get my first period I hadn't had a single one from 16 till 26 due to the birthcontrol I was on. Is it possible to get a period and not ovulate? For the first couple month off bc I only spotted now in September my periods have become more regular lasting about 6 days. Each month is a disappointment. I no it's only been 4 months but I was told that as soon as I got off of the implant, I would be able to conceive immediately. My question is the fact that I was on depo then the implant for so long is it possible that it may just take a long time for my body to get back to normal?? I no each person is different but I'm starting to get worried. We just want a baby so so so bad and I feel like something is wrong with me.
