Hi my name is quasherrah and here is my dilemma

At the ending of last week I developed a fever and cough and at some point I had trouble breathing. I went in emergency care and they gave me oxygen and some inhaler thing that asthma ppl use but it I don't have asthma. They took blood work, x-rays, and they watched my oxygen levels raise back up to normal. They gave me potassium since my levels were out of whack. They gave me ibuprofen 600mg and benzonatate 200mg. I've been smoking weed while taking ibuprofen. Three days ago I took Mucinex and went to go smoke. When I finished my arms legs and body started to feel tingly and numb... My face got tight and so I went to the hospital again. This time they gave me a pill to calm my nerves and ran the same test again. I was good. I go home and smoke again along with taken ibuprofen and benzo and my body feels just like it did before but the feeling wasn't as strong. I have not smoked or taken Mucinex and my body is better but the feeling is slightly still there and the tightness has not disappeared. What is going on? I need weed to be happy and keep my epilepsy away. My weed was not laced and on both accounts I had one spliff. In my sleep I dead have fonto which is tobacco. Can I smoke the herb without tobacco? Will I be ok? Also at the current moment I'm using a vapor to help. Can or will any of this affect my nerves
