Hi my name is senora, and my son is 12 yrs old, he is having little red bumps on the top kinda the tip of his tongue and little white bumps on the sides of his tongue that very painful it brings him to tears, it kinda looks swollen but i cant tell but i do know that its painful can you help me figure out what i need to do?
