Hi My Son Is 12 And He Is Bothered By

Hi my son is 12 and he is bothered by excess saliva in his mouth before bed. He said his mouth is normal all day but before he goes to sleep he feels that there’s excess saliva in his mouth. He then has an urge to swallow the excess saliva but more would just come out. Should I be concern? Going on for last 4-5 nights before bed.
