Hi My Son Is 17m Old And I Have Come

Hi my son is 17m old and i have come to notice over the last 6 months both his bottom ribs (left and right side) petrude outwards. It's more noticeable when he's had something to eat/drink. It doesn't seem to bother him so i hadnt been to get him checked out but it looks odd compared to other children his age.
