Hi my wife has what looks like a pimple on her back below her left shoulder. It also looks like a bug bit cause it has redness around it and appears to have a hole in the middle of it. She says that it hurts from left side middle of her back all the way down to her left side hip and across to her right side of the lower back what can this be Doc oh and she says its like a hard knot
