Hi, on Monday I swallowed a sewing needle by accident. I went to the hospital and they x-rayed mme and found nothing in my chest. They didn't x ray my stumach as the doctor didn't think it was necessary. I've been reading online about people who have swallowed needles and I've become very nervous about it. I know I should let nature take it course but I'm not sure how to tell if it has left my body yet. Also if it has damaged my intestines/stumach, what symptoms should I look for.
