Hi, over the last week. I've had a spreading rash appearing all over my body. It started near my chest. But, has now also surfaced on my arms, thighs and legs. The rash looks like circular blotches that are flat, scaly and non itchy. There is also no pain involved. I'm at a loss as to what this could be. I did have Unprotected sex a month ago. The person involved said they were STD free.

I'm a 23 year old male.
