Hi, Over The Past Several Weeks Ive Been Dealing With

Hi, over the past several weeks ive been dealing with this annoying and often painful scalp problem. About two months ago i had a few sores on my scalp that was diagnosed as impetigo, which surprised me because im a extremely clean and hygenic person almost to a extent that can be considered ocd. Anyways, the impetigo sores came back twice i was treated both times with a 7 day course of cephelexin. I was cleaning multiple times a day w hydrogen peroxide while i had this infection. But after the second course, while i was left with scabs that were healing in the impetigo areas, i kept sprouting new sores. These sores were different in that there is no infection and that was confirmed by my dermatologist who i went back to and she told me she thought it looked like i was picking at my scalp. That the sores were not psoriasis because they had "defined edges." She kind of dismissed me as a "picker" and gave me no explanation for the sores other than it looked like i was picking at my scalp. Which was really frustrating as i have not been picking. But these sores are strange in that it feels like my scalp has thickened in places and feels like there is pressure under my scalp and it flares up and down w fluid/swelling. There would be large areas of tenderness and sometimes the areas would condense into hard bumps which i could rub out in which a clear thick fluid would come out and the pressure would resolve for a few days in that area. There were these slippery nodule type bumps that i could feel under my scalp after the fluid would leak out. The lymph nodes down and around my neck area are all swollen and two particularly at the base of my skull are hard and really big and noticeable even upon just looking. And ive been feeling really lethargic and tire easily and have been dizzy upon standing in addition to these lumps. I also sprouted sores on my breasts and face. These bumps began as redish blemishes that didnt seem to be anything major. But then these sores seemed to come to the surface and open. They are dry and scaly and while they have been getting better w bandages and aquaphor, the ones that have healed have left me with some nasty looking scars that look like soneone dug their nail and scratched out a chunk of skin. These circular scars are also on my scalp. these scars have very defined edges and do look similar to scars someone would get from picking a scab over and over again although these scars have occured without picking and have formed very quickly after healing. Since i cant see my scalp because of my hair, i imagine thst they begin also as blemishes because ive felt the tenderness before any major swelling occurs. Im thinking maybe cleaning w hydrogen peroxide when i had the infection dried my skin out and could possibly explain these sores? That hypothesis would make sense except i was cleaning only my scalp so that doesnt explain the sores on my breasts and face. Im not sure what to make of all this and if I should be concerned. Any advice will help.
