Hi sir/madam,
My husband is 29 years old..5months back he suffered from severe back pain.started at back pain then all his joint's and Continued with fever also....then found esr is 78 and crp also high...2months continue his tablets..all his pain slowly reduced...after that now he is suffering from last two weeks at evening oly...again took blood report esr level is 50...3days tablets given... Consult a doctor he told if it is continues means need to take x ray...now my question is how to control the esr and crp level??? How to diet for reducing the esr???
