Hi sir my age is 27 ...i used to very energetic wil playing or dancing i never felt tired or energy fade out or something but from past 3 yrs i cant able to do so ...i feel something my tensions all the time my heart beats faster whn I think anything tensions related problems...and mainly problem r breathing problem and knee pains severe whn i sit for some time..i cnt be able to be like me i used to...i hav a habit of masturbation is this leading all this ...thanq I appreciate ur help
