Hi sir my brother 16 year old&60kg is suffering joints pain 4 year.when doctor check aso titer 460. He advised me penditure LA 12 injection even 21days& naprosin500 morning&night.he got 3 injection.but some days ago some one said to my brother penditure injection is so dangerous& now he tell I will not take this injection.what I do sir I live at rular area in India.please suggest me please.
