Hi , so this is embarassing but its bugging me for 2 days , the thing is i woke up yesterday and like most guys eased my morning wood but after that it became miserable , its sore and i cant stop peeing every few minutes , and it just dribbles , and then the pressure builds in the tip of my penis few minutes later again and i have to go to pee again , and a couple of drops dribble down and little pee , and my penis tip is constantly in '' pressure on sore area '' type feeling and i cant get rid of the sore pressure feeling , this constant need to go to washroom and constant pressure ache in tip of my penis is miserable , please help what to do
