Hi, Son With Puv.. Picked Up At 29 Week Scan,

Hi, son with puv.. Picked up at 29 week scan, born at 33 weeks and healthy at the moment. Valves ablated at 1 week, and he now has a left sided ureterostomy. Creatinine is 32.. One kidney very small and other normal in size...bladder wall thickened... Also has hydroureter.. Question is can the bladder wall become reduced in thickness to be normal? Can hydroureter correct itself. He is 6 months old now.
