Had unprotected sex about 8 months ago. Immediately got tested, positive for chlamydia, got treatment, re-tested and it was gone. However, 2 tiny blackish spots now show around the urethra, about the size of the tip of a pin. These formed shortly after the sex, I have been back to the doctors multiple times, retested for everything and have had them look specifically at this.

Doctors said not to worry as all tests came back negative once again and it didn't look like cancer, etc. Just wondering what would cause this to happen, there are no symptoms just more of an annoyance cause they weren't there before this incident.
