Hi there. I am 39 years old. Always have had regular periods until July last year when suddenly very irregular. Missed 4 in a row then had a few where very very light for a few days, then heavy with clots for 1 or 2 days then light spotting again for up to a week. Have had tubes tied in 2006 after 3 kids. Pregnancy tests negative. Bloods all normal. 2 ultrasounds 4 months apart showed a cyst 3mm on right ovary and 14mm thickened endometrium with 3 cystic spaces. What does this all mean? Anything to worry?
