Hi there I am having off an on throbbing headaches, facial flushing, nausea, dizziness and fatigue. I have had a cold and some congestion for the last week but cold has improved. I recently tried Apple Cider Vinegar gargles to help. This afternoon my headache started and started to feel nauseous. I am Diabetic so I took my blood sugar mid afternoon and it was 127. I had a co worker check my Blood pressure and it was 152/80. Being that this is elevated has made me a little concerned as I usually run below 130 and 80. I do take Losartan not for HTN but for kidney maintenance per my Doctor. I do have a lot of stressors and typically work 50-60 hours per week. just concerned with the current issues.
