Hi There, I Have Osteochondritis Dissecans Of My Lateral Femur.

Hi there,
I have Osteochondritis Dissecans of my lateral femur. I am 15 years old. However, the articular cartilage is in tact. It has been 6 months of conservative treatment and it is feeling better but after I got a bang to my knee it began to hurt again. When I flex my knee joint below 80 degrees it hurts. Does this mean I have damaged articular cartilage. Also, how long would you expect for the Osteochondral lesion to heal 100%. I am due for second MRI in 2 weeks. Cheers, Josh.
