Hi there I have had intense pain in y upper left quadrant of my abdomen for 2 days now. I don't notice any swelling but I have noticed that my stomach has been upset more commonly than normal and after every meal I have diarrhea. The pain is usually made worse when I sit up or move around and especially hurts when I take deep breaths. The pain is located right below and slightly underneath my ribcage.
