Hi There, I Have Had Recurring Pain For Probably At

Hi there, I have had recurring pain for probably at least 10 years but it only comes every few months for a couple of days and it is strangely only on my left side. Started a couple of days ago in my upper arm and shoulder area and has now moved to my left ear and left side of scalp. My entire arm is really really sore when I make certain movements such as putting on a seat belt or changing a top with sleeves etc. My concern is that it seems to be happening for longer periods of time and I'm worried it may get worse as I get older and wonder what I should be doing about it?!?!! I am female, 50 years old. I have 3 children and the only thing I can think of that perhaps I had some sort of terrible nerve damage happen during childbirth ( my middle child was a very difficult delivery). I would appreciate any advice or ideas on what this could be!!! Thank you!
