Hi There, I Have Slightly Low Creatinine Levels, And Total

Hi there,
I have slightly low creatinine levels, and total protein - albumin is fine, and slightly low platelets. My liver function tests are normal. I do not eat red meat or chicken, but do eat seafood, however my diet is mainly vegetarian. I think I probably do not eat enough high protein foods. Could this be the reason for these results?
Is diet the best way to increase these levels, and if so what foods, other than meat, will assist in rising my creatinine.
Thanks very much, I look forward to your reply
