Hi There I Hope You Are Doing Well!! I Wanted

Hi there I hope you are doing well!! I wanted to ask you a question. I just got back from orlando and was hanging out with my little cousin. She was diagnosed with active TB and her friend that is staying with her has latent TB from the girls father. Now it's been a month since my cousin was diagnosed, the health department came and gave her medicine for a while and she was out of school for a while. When I met up with her, she was all clear to leave the house and was back in school. But my question is, is she 100% not contagious anymore once she is cleared to go back to school and leave the house? Or is there a chance even if rare and small that she could still spread it? Because I can't breathe very well, im out of breath after a few steps and wheezing. I have a constant cough and although I haven't seen anything, I can taste blood in my throat when I cough. I'm not really hungry (which is abnormal) and all I've wanted to do these past 2 days since I've been back is sleep. Do you think this is all coincidence or should I go to the hospital?
