Hi there, I think I have a herniated disk in my lower spine- I have severe pain in the back of my thigh , calf and lower buttocks along with my ankle and foot. I also have numbing and tingling when I stand up- My mornings are horrible and so are my nights, I woke up this morning to constipation so severe my stomach was cramping, for an hour later to have diahrea for 3 hours. Tonight I went to the bathroom and when I was done i wiped but nothing was on the paper. I got up and found clumps of blood in the toilet. I am concerned on what I should do
