Hi there
I was diagnosed with ibs a while ago and it has improved alot from exercise and diet.
However sometimes if i struggle to empty my bowels in the morning, i get a soreness in my anal area. I have used sudocrem which helps but while itis sore, i find it difficult to poo aswell as urinate
Why is this?
