Hi There. So First I Was Told I Have Inflammation

Hi there. So first i was told i have inflammation of my cartilage in my upper ribs. (I went to the doctor because i was having chest pains). I assume i got this inflammation due to my extensive hours at school writing on the white board. It was spring break and i stayed away from school. The pain cleared up in 2 or 3 days and never came back. After i knew what was the possible cause was i would sit in a chair 7-8 hours a day to study instead of writting on the white board. After a couple of days i noticed testicular pain in my right one. After 4-5 days i realized it was possible due to me sitting down and leaning over and putting alot of pressure on it. The pain went away after 3-4 days, and 2 weeks later it came back and roughly 3 days later, which is now it went away. I also before it got better the first time i did take antibiotics (k-flex) to treat some back acne. Not sure if that could be a contributing factor as well. Possibly uti? Prostate Infection? epididymis ?
