Hi There Are You Able To Interpret These CT Scan

Hi there are you able to interpret these CT scan result please.

there is significant loss of cerebral volume seen within the right parietal and temporal lobes. ipsilateral shift of the midline structures and exvacuo dilatation of the right lateral ventricle is also seen, most in keeping with volume loss. the remaining parenchymal appearances are unremarkable, without evidence for an acute infarct or of haemorrhage.
