Hi There I Had My Period On The 30 July

Hi there
i had my period on the 30 july then had sex on the 8,9 aug. On the 23 aug i had a bleed which only lasted a day and didn't bled alot. I then spotted on the 26 aug and my period was due yesterday but hasn't arrived yet. I took a test and it was neg. Have been feeling tired and when i go to have something it not what i really feel like after i make it. I have had abit of stress last couple of moths aswell
