Hi There, My Son Has Just Had A Kidney Removed

Hi there, my son has just had a kidney removed and is currently on dialysis. He is awaiting to have the other kidney removed. He also has nephrogenic diabetes insipid is he glucose levels tend to get very low and I have to give him biscuits to bring his sugar levels back up, but within the hour the sugar levels drop low again. Could you give me some advice please
