Hi There, Three Days Ago I Tripped Over And Outdoor

Hi there, three days ago I tripped over and outdoor rug and landed on a old outdoor-covered step on the back part of my right cheekbone, above the right eye and almost front and center of the top of head. So I got a much of what look like rugs burns and swollen areas. I landed on the step against the wall. My neck was sore, obviously, but now before I go to bed, I notice the tear duct area in the opposite eye is swelling and darkening. That is not normal. I do have headaches, I did not blackout but laid down to sleep. Why the opposite eye swelling first. I also did hit my nose lightly almost can't tell. Thank you
