Hi This Morning I Felt Nauseaous Sweaty Hands And Wrists

Hi this morning I felt nauseaous sweaty hands and wrists curled up and I couldn't open my hands.
My husband called 911. They said it was an anxiety attack.
Could I have also been dehydrated? I've been with a viral infection for about two weeks. I am 52.
Once this happens can it happen again. It was so scared. My healthy dad dropped dead recently and I've been struggling with his death.
