Hi, We Have A Bit Of A Mystery With My

Hi, we have a bit of a mystery with my granddaughter. She is 10 months old, healthy, active. In the last week, we have noticed she has come up with what looked like burn blisters on several of her fingers one hand. We thought she might had touched the oven while it was hot though none of us can remember her crying out. We treated them with Neosporin and kept them covered and they looked to be healing somewhat. She was with me today while her parents worked, and her mother just called to tell me she has a new blister on the tip of her finger. I KNOW she did not get burned as the stove was not used today. Can you help?
