Hi we have been trying for a baby i am usually regular and have 30 days cycle Abd they lady for 7 days . I had my period on last 1 st November I ovulated on 18 th I picked up heavy shopping on 25 th November which was more than what my body could handle since that time till now I have had pains in my tommy and also missed my period cycle I believe it's displacement of navel as all the symptoms I have indicate that . Could this also be the reason why I have missed my cycle ? Will I ovulate this month and how To work out my ovulation date ? Pleas advise
