"The cardiac size and mediastinal contours are unchanged. There is slight superior displacement of both hila likely due to volume loss in the upper lungs. Mild biapical pleuroparenchymal scarring is noted in the upper lungs, unchanged. No focal pulmonary consolidation or pulmonary edema is identified. No pneumothorax or pleural effusion is present. There is scoliosis of the thoracolumbar spine.
