I have ankle pain with slight swelling&small lump on fibula that feels gristly & painful to touch. I am not aware of injuring this but my work involved 8 hours walking often pulling/pushing heavy loads. Xray has not shown fracture but have been put in boot & am awaiting Mri scan. I feel pain in fibula more so in air boot. When resting without air boot my toes twitch all the time & move involountarily. Do you think I may have a stress fracture?
