High BP, Dizziness. On Twynsta, Physiotens, Orancia Injection. Am I Okay?
Bp has gone from 165/102 to 90/60 within a day ... Medication has changed to twynsta 80/10mg as well as Physiotens 400ug .... I also take 5mg of predisolone and have an Orancia injection once a week for RA. My bp had been high for a number of months .... I had been taking Monoplus 20/12.5 and Then the last few weeks the Physiotens was added as well but no relief with that so was changed yesterday ... I feel a bit dizzy but otherwise ok ....my Doc won't be in until tomorrow .... I'm a 57 year old male....
It may be a first dose phenomenon – large fall after the first dose / especially in those who were/are on diuretics. Check it again... Probably, it will be up... At times, there could be other incidental causes like a silent infarct – examination, ECG & blood tests will clarify. The ideal option is to see the doctor as soon as possible, rather than waiting – to make sure...
Take care Wishing speedy recovery God bless Good luck
