High BP. Taking Marine D3 With Omega 3 Oil And Seaweed Extract. What Else Can I Do?
Hi I am a 33 year old female that suffers from high blood pressure since I was 18. I am on several medications. I have come across Marine-D3 tablets which say it is proven to lower blood pressure as well as many other things naturally and is really good for you. Would this be safe to take and do you think it could help at least, I am sick of taking medications. It contains Seanol- brown seaweed extract (from Ecklonia Cava) and Calamarine- purified omega 3 oil. Please help
Hi ! There is possibly no harm in taking Marine D3 tablets as an anti oxidant, but it can not guarantee of freeing you from your high blood pressure. You should take your anti hypertensives prescribed by your doctor regularly which will keep you blood pressure under control to maintain a normal life. I would also suggest you to go for some regular exercise schedule which is convenient to you, along with maintain a healthy dietary habit of high roughage and enough liquids. Wishing you good luck.
