High BP, Feel Weak, Legs Shaky. Taking Doxycycline. Suggestion?

what causes a blood pressure reading of 203 over 85 ? I also feel extremely weak and seem to have very limited balance. I am 77 years old and 2 years ago had tick fever which seems to recur or at least the symptoms do. Guillain- barre syndrome or its close cousin has now reached my knees and my legs are becoming very shaky. I get esophageal spasms that only nitro and GI cocktail can stop. For months ago had a stint put in my heart. I became a full vegetarian, lost 20 lbs, walk on a treadmill every day and started feeling a lot better until a bout 10 days ago. I am now so weak I can hardly move. I feel like I am dying the same way I felt when I had tick fever. I have doxycyline and wonder if it would hurt to take it.
