High BP, Headache, No Focus In Eyes. BP Normal After Taking Medication, Focus Problem Still Persisting

my blood pressure was high and had a major headache then my eyes could not focus went to emergency they gave me another blood pressure pill my blood pressure is now normal this happened 3 weeks ago but my eyes only focus when i get up in morning if I excert myself they go bad if I do nothing they are not to bad but as day goes on harder to focus its like both eyes are not tracking together because if I cover 1 eye I see good but together its like I see a bit more then one thing example the letter E has 3 bars I see 4

Hypertension can cause retinal damage, there are different stage of hypertensive retinopathy based on retina examination.
Your visual defects can be due to hypertensive retinopathy .
My recommendations are you Consult opthamologist get retina examined and discuss with him for further investigation and management.
