High BP, High Cholesterol, Having Chest Pains, ECG And Other Tests Normal. Suggestions?

I am 33 years old & started a problem of high B.P. in last 1 year back. Maximum B.P. noted 150/100. I have done X ray of chest,2D Echo,Stress Test,E.C.G & Blood Test all test are normal except LDL is 143 & Triglycerides 170.I am regularly doing ECG after 3 months with normal results but still some times i am feeling chest pain .I am not smoker also.Kindly advice me what to do?

Hi, Welcome to HCM,
as your Echo and TMT report is ok , and from your history your pain is not related to heart problem ,
no need to do even ECG so frequntly ,
stay relax ,
adopt healthy life style ,
eat good healthy food ,
do regular walking ,
do stress relaxing yogas ,
take your BP and Cholesterol related medicine regularly ,
do regular follow up with your doctor ,
