High ESR Levels. Swelling, Pain And Redness In The Elbow And Knees. Have Breast Tenderness. Any Comments?

hi doctor..i had accidentally do esr and the result was high...my first esr was 60 something but my second esr is 43 only...abaiut 4months ago..i have sudden elbow joint sweeling + redness + warm..it was resolve spontaneously...after that..i always fell pain in my joint.embow and knee.sometime i also have breast tenderness...any comment doc?

The symptoms that you have described are likely to be due to polyarthritis. This needs further blood investigations and X-ray of the affected joints for diagnosis. Do consult a rheumatologist for proper treatment.
