High I am a 57 yr old male , I have had these feelings on and off for years now, light headed feeling , blocked ear feeling I feel like I keep having to pop my ears, and like a tension feeling at the back of the head. I had all my blood works done a couple of years ago and every thing was fine. Apart from my iron levels were a little high. I take my blood pressure regular which is 134/78 139/81 I also do blood sugar readings 6.7 mmol/L after fasting. 7.8 mmol/L 2 hours after eating should I be concerned
