High SGPT Level, Swelling In Joints, Ankles, Wrists, Veins, Difficulty In Standing, Moving Body. Treatment?

hi my mother 54 has high sgpt level (94).. she also has swelling in her joints, ankles, wrists and few veins are looking swollen. she has difficuties in standing and moving her body, she feels as if her joints are cracking. weeks ago she was discovered to be having Bcoli with high liver . ad was on medication . there has been no improvement since then..
