High Blood Pressure Levels. Chest Painrelieved By Nitrostat. Aortic Insufficiency And Mild Regurgitation Seen In Echo

BP is elevated to 180/100 with pulse above 110. Troponin remained 0.1 in both blood draws. EKG shows normal sinus rhythm. Chest pain relieved by 2 nitrostat tabs and nitro-paste in ER. Aortic insufficiency is mild regurgitation according to echo done Thursday. Last stress test passed. Currently on 10 mg Lisinopril and 50 mg Metoprolol. Dyspnea with activity. Headache precedes chest pain and was accompanied by nausea, vomiting, backpain and sweating. What is this?

Coronary artery Disease is highly likely

Heart rate is high / blood pressure is high...
Dyspnoea may mean heart failure / or angina mis-interpreted...

Stress test can be false negative at times...
He should undergo Coronary Angiography...
