BP is elevated to 180/100 with pulse above 110. Troponin remained 0.1 in both blood draws. EKG shows normal sinus rhythm. Chest pain relieved by 2 nitrostat tabs and nitro-paste in ER. Aortic insufficiency is mild regurgitation according to echo done Thursday. Last stress test passed. Currently on 10 mg Lisinopril and 50 mg Metoprolol. Dyspnea with activity. Headache precedes chest pain and was accompanied by nausea, vomiting, backpain and sweating. What is this?
