High Cholesterol, Burning In Stomach, Gas, Indigestion, Bloated Feeling. Taking Tonact 10, Ecosprin 75. Advise?

i have been taking tonact 10 and ecospirin 75 for several years now. latest blood report shows hdl cholesterol at 32 rpt 32, where as total choloesterol and ldl cholesterol are high but within normal range.. i had lowered tonact 10 dose (was taking half tablet) in consultation with doctor.. currently i have a burning feeling in stomach, severe gas, indigestion, bloated feeling.. i dont smok, walk regularly, but live in a very stressful environment; is my tonact dose ok? ecospirin dose ok? burning senstation, indigestion in stomach? HOW TO IMPROVE HDL NUMBERS?

You have not mentioned the value of LDL or non-HDL
You have not stated your age, gender, personal habits, family history or co-morbidities

LDL should be 100 or less / 70 if there is CAD
HDL improves with exercise / statins have minor effect.
No comment on dose is possible without full information -
Stomach symptoms may be from aspirin...
