High Fever Followed By Eye Swelling, Under Eye Bruise, Drooping Cheeks. No Relief With Medicines. Help?
My daughter had a temp of 105 last night and screamed all night long. She woke up this morning with her eye swollen, an under eye bruise and her cheek looks like it is drooping. She has a history of spiked fevers, chronic coughing and a severe raspy voice. I have seen two doctors and they have tried over 20 different types of medications with nothing help. Please help

Now this episode is looking like Viral fever, you give Tylenol syrup in prescribed dosage for fever and do tepid sponging to decrease the fever and consult your Pediatrician for basic investigations like complete blood picture, malarial parasite, complete urine examination and for specific treatment
