High Triglycerides And Pain In Pancreas. Blood Tests Done. What Does Muscle Pain Without Exerting Muscles Mean?

I had blood tests done last night and was told I had high triglycerides and asked if I have pain in my pancreas, which I do. The Dr kept asking if I had other pain - at the time I didn't think of lower and upper back pain (upper more like muscle pain without exerting my muscles - what could this mean? He (dr. was checking for something else and said my own dr will most likely do a ultrasound to check for stones from the gallbladder.
