Hi...i Have Noticed I Have A Very Small, Less Than

Hi...i have noticed i have a very small, less than pea size lump about 1.5 inches below collar bone on left side. Lump is movable. At first i thouggt it was a pimple but like i said the bump is moveable. No pain. Discovered it about a month or 2 ago. Any advice?
