Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi.im a 41 year old male who four years ago went for a new surgical procedure called a vascular necrosis rod insertion of both hips. This surgery did not work therefore 1 year later had both hips replaced. I also had a 1/2 knee replacement 12 years ago. My question is in the last 4 years all my joints hurt. I feel as if in my back, hands, feet are on fire. I do take pain meds but this continues to hurt. I am exhausted all the time, constipated, have sleep problems and my back when someone just touches it lightly hurts. Is it at all possible this could be fybro myalgia ? I'm at a loss as to why I have degenerative disk disorder and all this pain. Would I see a physiatrist? My partner also tells me I am forgetful a lot.
