Hi,i'm Jen 25 Years Old Til April 12. Currently Working

Hi,i'm jen 25 years old til april 12. Currently working as csr, a bpo company. I took pills since 2012 as advice by my ob since I had a surgery due to ectopic pregnancy and ruptured cyst at my right falopian tube. I stopped taking pills last dec of 2015. I had my regular period last march 16 2016 that last for 5 days. Suddenly I had a light bleeding that occures during daytime on march 24 and 25 . Then on march 31 afternoon, I felt a severe pain in my lower left abdomen and had a bleeding. So I went to my ob, was advised to have an ultrasound and take celecoxib, and so I did. Fortunately, the findings were normal. I have a primary dysmenorrhea , and was advised to take med as needed. However today is already the seventh day of my light bleeding, some of it only happens during daytime. Just curious if should I be worried? Or what should I do?
