Hi..my Boyfriend Has Been Dealing With Absecces On His Beard-line

Hi..my boyfriend has been dealing with absecces on his beard-line and crotch area. The one that's the most troubling is much smaller and somewhat different in that it's more of just a small open wound on the inside of his butt-cheek. A few inches away from his anus. It leaks all the time a sort of bloody,mainly brown fluid that smells like dung. I had seen an episode of The Doctor's where a male guest described something close to this and after inspection they told him they thought it was a tunnel formed from some type of bacteria. My boyfrnd has been dealing with all this for years, doesn't talk about it but a little when I try to press him but I feel so bad for him for obvious reasons, and he's self conscious at work and keeps a napkin between his cheeks ..he lately gave up because it's been coming through his jeans and wears depends to work so he doesn't have to worry. Please help. He's seen so many Dr.s and had surgery when the other absecces would swell too big to tolerate. He can take alot of pain but this is all so much!! Thank you for your time.
